Honestly, I feel like the point of conquerors haki is lost.

I feel like conquerors should be wielded by those pushing towards their dream, enforcing their will on the world. In that way, conquerors is a person manifesting their dreams similarly to devil fruits. But now, anyone with any semblance of title and power has to have it, even if they have given up their dreams, and in the end, the thematic meaning is kind of lost.

Personally, I would find it interesting if someone could lose or regain conquerors.

It's pretty much confirmed that mihawk has conquerors haki. Zoro and garps vivre cards never stated that they had conquerors haki until they actually displayed it in the manga. Zoro literally has ACOC despite still being vastly inferior to mihawk. If mihawk doesn't have conquerors it would mean his armament haki is so powerful it can rival the conquerors of the yonko like shanks and kaido. Also the guy is literally confirmed to best the STRONGEST swordsman in the world and it was also stated that there isn't a swordsman in one piece stronger than mihawk. Also add inhe fact that he weilds the confirmed strongest weapon in the verse - a blackened supreme grade blade. Yet people will tell you this guy isn't a conquerors user.

maybe mihawk once had conquerors but lost it due to the fact that there is no one else in the world that he could consider a rival and a fuel for his ambition. Some people may say there's shanks but mihawk himself said that is no longer the case
