twist shifter on a $4k+ bike is a deal breaker. especially on a MTB when a rider will have to hang on to the grip with all mighty strength on some terrains.

I have a priority pinion geared bike and I put a sram 12 speed on the rear. Now I have the only mtb in the world with 144 gears

If they weren't that heavy. I got a commuter bike with a belt and a gear box and it's great. Buy and forget. Uphills on a 16-17kg bike tho? Naah

that PINION- Gearbox, is a nice Invention, but still to expensive for the Market- Mass(es) !! 😲😎👍

Could you list some of the parts you added ? Belt drive, hub, did that extra cog come with the pinion motor ?
