An individual is assessed on the basis of his/her intrinsic worth - irrespective of whether someone is masculine or feminine !
A true guru always tries to lead from the front by becoming the role model for one's followers in ensuring meticulous compliance by self of all those advices, which one uses to offer to others - as precepts !
How right was the great Mahatma Gandhiji in his assessment in saying - "An ounce of practice is worth tons of precepts !"
