Sand art “Eternal Rush” devoted to Niki Lauda by Kseniya Simonova

Kseniya Simonova presents a sand movie about the three-time Formula 1 champion Niki Lauda. This premiere is timed to the stage of the Formula 1 World Championship in Sochi. This sand film about the great Austrian racer will be presented at the exhibition of the Museum of Motorsport in Sochi.

- For me, the story of Niki is also important because my eldest son loves him very much, he knew his story long before I knew it... And my first viewer was my son, he was the first to watch the sand animation "Eternal Speed" and he liked it. I hope you’ll like it too.

Мастер песочной анимации Ксения Симонова представила свою новую песочную анимацию «Eternal Rush» (Вечная Гонка) об автогонщике Ники Лауда. Премьера приурочена к этапу чемпионата мира Формулы-1 в Сочи, самому грандиозному автоспортивному мероприятию года в России.
Фильм о великом австрийском гонщике будет представлен в экспозиции Музея автоспорта в Сочи.
Ники Ла́уда — австрийский автогонщик, трёхкратный чемпион мира в классе Формула-1. Впоследствии спортивный менеджер, комментатор немецкого телеканала RTL, эксперт по автогонкам, неисполнительный директор команды Формулы-1 Mercedes AMG. Основатель ряда авиакомпаний. Скончался в мае этого года в возрасте 70 лет.
История Ники удивительна, она словно взята из сценария к остросюжетному фильму, - говорит Ксения. - Приход Ники в автоспорт, переход в Формулу 1, долгий, напряженный путь к победе, страшная авария, оставившая ожоги на голове, то, как через 28 дней после неё Ники снова принял участие в соревновании... Наконец, три победы, трижды титул чемпиона мира. Это вдохновляет и заставляет стремиться вперёд. По крайнем мере, для меня история Ники Лауда важна в первую очередь как история беспредельности человеческих возможностей. Того, что наш потенциал необъятен. Думаю, этот песочный фильм будет интересен не только любителям гонок и скорости, а и всем тем, кто любит вдохновляющие истории.
Для меня история Ники важна ещё и потому, что мой старший сын очень его любит, он знал его историю задолго до того, как о ней узнала я. И моим первым зрителем был сын, он первым посмотрел песочную анимацию «Вечная Гонка» и ему понравилось.....
Формула 1 – это высшая категория в автоспорте для машин с открытыми колесами. В ней сильнейшие пилоты ведут борьбу под пристальным вниманием миллионов болельщиков по всей планете.
Первый чемпионат мира среди гонщиков Формулы 1 состоялся в 1950 году. В 2019 году он проводится уже в 70-й раз.
