If a non-Newtonian fluid is placed on the railway track, will the train overturn? As you know, the behaviour of non-Newtonian fluid is not like other fluids because the more force you use to hit it, the harder it becomes and the softer you place your hand on it, the softer it becomes. This is because when pressure is applied on it, all its particles stick together, which turns it from liquid to solid. But will it be able to bear the weight of a train? When a balloon filled with non-Newtonian fluid was placed under the train, the balloon filled up easily.
