As prospective candidates hire staff, test policy ideas and begin fundraising, it's becoming clear that we’re in for a wild round of primaries. Will dark horse Democratic candidates like Bernie Sanders be able to draw attention away from early favorite Hillary Clinton? And how will the GOP sift through its long list of candidates to select a competitive general election contender?
