the answer is m2 weighs twice m1, yet m1 has more than twice the torque, so m1 falls.

is there a calculator for this? I wanna look at tyres and acceleration. A wide but short tyre vs a tall but narrow tyre, one would be heavier, and the other would have less torque. where does torque overcome weight?
