This is one of the most accurate Indian curry recipes I’ve seen from a non-Indian person! I love that you didn’t do anything extra and really made a true homemade recipe ❤ a version of this dish called “aloo tamatar” is very popular in a lot of Indian households. It just replaces the pork with potatoes, so if you’re actually looking for a vegan version of the dish, it’s already there and pretty delicious

I made this with chicken thighs that I flattened and it was delicious!!! Paired well with a base of rice and topped with a dollop of yogurt seasoned with salt and cumin.

Made this and was really happy with it. The sauce did a great job of uplifting the pork chop. Not a super flavorful sauce (pretty mild), but it made the pork chop taste excellent.

made this last night, did add a little ground kashmiri pepper. Instead of pork used salmon. Just cooked the salmon skin side down for a few minutes then added the sauce. wonderful & tasty dish.
