I’m 66 years old and this is still just as wonderful as it was with the first time I heard it at least 50 years ago. They just don’t make music like this anymore.

To me, at age 59, this music had substance. I am glad I grew up when I did. It was a special time. Thanks for posting this great hit!

How can anyone not like this song?  Oldies will last forever, trust me.

J'avais 15 ans lorsque cette chanson est sortie en 1967. Je ne me lasse pas de l'écouter depuis cette époque très lointaine !

Listen to this deeply and allow it to sweetly haunt you. I was stationed in Regensburg Germany 67/68 ( Medical Specialist, H.A.W.K. Missile). I love this song, Regensburg and the Diamond Club. Greatest time of my life. To my old German girlfriend UTE. I never forgot you! Such sweet sorrow.

Its crazy well over 45 years this song came out and everytime my old man hears it it brings him a tear to his eye of when he was living on his own and walking threw sunset park in the 60s with out a dime in his pocket and his older brother eddie yelled out his name in his car to him n he went over to him in joy and when he sat in his car the first song to come on was this and always reminds him of his deceased brother. My Uncle eddie who came looking to give him the helping hand when he needed it

This is so amazing! I remember my big sister playing this when I was a small child, she was lucky enough to have lived London in the 60's xxx

One of the iconic songs of the 60's. I can't listen to it without going back in my mind to that time

One of the top 10 best songs ever written. It is mystical and makes my heart soar with it's thermals.

My mother was in south Vietnam, she said this song was the hit when it was released in midyear '67, later that year tet offensive occurred, most of her classmates died of bombing. Mom still cries when we play this song, and she's about 70.

War's hell.

Det er noget af det bedste der er lavet. Bliver nostalgisk hver gang jeg hører den. På den positive måde.

RIP I first heard this song when my daddy pulled in the driveway from work.. The song played at 3:30 everyday and my sister and I would sit in his truck, with daddy singing our hearts out.. What a beautiful time in life.. This song is on my playlist everywhere.. It brings a tear to my eyes, my sister and daddy are both dead...

Grande gruppo, grande musica, grande periodo, canzone indimenticabile, anni bellissimi, spensierati e di amori giovanili. Grazie Procul Harum.

Fifty one years ago, this song broke new ground. Gary Brooker and his band had created a song
that would become timeless...something for the ages. Sounds as wonderful now as it did so
very long ago...a true masterpiece.
