Packing for long term world travel isn't easy but with this guide you'll be prepared for anything. It doesn't which continent you're visiting, be it Europe, America, Asia, Australia or Africa like me. Most of these tips will be applicable to any backpacker. In fact, even if you're travelling with a suitcase you'll find tonnes of helpful tips in this video. Clothes, shoes, medicine, hygiene, beauty, contact lenses - it's all there.
