This was literally me as a child, except I was actually really good at surfing and I lived in Florida at a Beach where there was pretty great waves! The problem is that I was so obsessed with blue crush that my friends didn’t think I actually could surf. Until I invited them to my 13th birthday party at the beach and I was absolutely ripping the waves! Now, Blue Crush is just an incredible memory from my childhood surfing days! Thanks so much for bringing back these incredible memories. Your channel is so nostalgic and so incredibly relatable in so many different ways. Keep up the good work.❤🤙🏼

Legitimately, this movie changed my life, and now I live by the ocean. I suck at surfing and haven't surfed for years-- hoping to get back to it. I was from the middle of Canada! Lol😅😂🎉 dreams do come true. 14 year old me would be ao proud.

I watched Soul Surfer once as a kid and spent a month really trying to make that surfer girl life happen...at one of the flattest local beaches possible with a cheap boogie board.
