The attorneys gambled, telling the judge "Investors were not informed enough, " the judge agrees, and sends the package back to the investors to vote again (this time very "informed"). Investors voted at an even greater %-age than in 2018 FOR the package. The attorneys lost and should therefore be accountable for all fees (legal and 2nd vote) that occurred in this battle. - They need to pay and not get any money for an argument they were obviously wrong.

I am on FSD 12.4.3 and it is a step above 12.3.6. The hands free is really wild. Less hesitation on Right on Reds and unprotected Left Turns.

Every summer I've been taking my car up the twisty mountain road New Mexico Highway 15 to visit Gila Hot Springs. Two years ago I tried using Autopilot and it refused to engage. I don't blame it. Last year I tried FSD v11. I disengaged a lot perhaps partly due to a lack of trust on my part. This summer v12.3.6 did the entire round trip with zero disengagements. Having the car do all the driving made the trip much more enjoyable.

There is a self-satisfying smugness in the laywer's fee. They argued Elon should not get an outlandish payment for the rise in Tesla stock. Yet their fee is based on that same outlandish amount. There should be a special place for these lawyers in production hell.

Just got 12.4.3 and for sure it is a step up from 12.3.x still had a couple disengagements, but all strange bad nav data issues I had all along. The hands free option is amazing.

As a shareholder, I feel like this class action was a no win situation for me. I do not believe that shareholders not a part of the action should be faced with potential losses due to company cash outflows when our interested were not represented in the case. The costs should be rejected and responsibility assigned to those bringing the case who were stupid enough to fall prey to this law firm that could have potentially blown up the company.

For Juniper I would really like to see drive by wire and the updated manufacturing process. Four wheel steering would be nice for the LR and Performance models.

Map errors still make the car go to the wrong lane sometimes. Vey slow too, and I am having to push the accelerator to stop from being a slug in the way.

I would be ok if the Juniper Model Y was delayed another year or so if it used some of the technology from the Cybertruck and the unbox method of assembly.

Dillon, your presentations are very informative and a pleasure for which to look forward with anticipation every day. That is why your reading of the word preventive (see minute 9:30) as "preventative" is an appropriate point at which to remind you and your regarded audience that these days too many folk are getting into the superfluous habit of adding "at" to the "ive" ending of adjectives as in "ative" when a plain "ive" ending will do and is the widely recognized proper form. I've heard other YouTube presenters fall into the same grammatically bad and superfluous habit in recent weeks and therefore it's useful to take stock here of this faux pas, as the text you present clearly shows the word written is "preventive" (as it should be) without the need to add extra and superfluous "decorations" to the adjective.
