Seth is 100% on the cost of care. Unfortunately I disagree with his wife that this is going to change anytime soon.

The donut hole continues to grow where the people that have the means pay privately (like Seth) and those who can receive state services and that leaves many people in the middle of the donut hole who can not afford out of pocket care, yet do not qualify for state services.
