Paradoxically enough, the woke Olympics had given this cultural resurgence of faith and cultural conservatism added impetus. These two trends are pushing back against each other, as secularism becomes more depraved and nonsensical, the more people are discovering holiness and true meaning in the transcendent. You can’t really miss how the woke are pushing the world towards redtraditionalisation in effect going back to what life was like before secularism conquered the culture. How ironic the paganism of the Olympics is rebirthing Christianity.

Over here, we call them "Non Conformists". Those Christians who do not conform to the Catholic mass.
In the UK, a Non-Conformist is a Christian who doesn't attend mass at either Catholic or Anglican.

Amen! Our grandparents were from Spain and we visited Asturias in 2018 to see our distant relatives. We are delighted to hear how God is once again moving among our people. PS, we're scheduled to visit Barcelona and the Canary Islands in November, so this is welcome news indeed. Gracias!

Let's hope this starts a trend across Europe!
Ireland for example is in serious need of re-evangelization - the country has gone so woke and many have IMO turned from the truth.
Even some Christians seem to have itching ears...
