Caladium growing in 2024 | Plant with Roos

Caladiums are back! Shops linked below. This year I learned that size does matter, and that some are just a bit of a dud when others of the same size are fast and big. The companies I used were Farmer Gracy and Vreeken's zaden:

I sadly had 2 really bad experiences with farmer gracy the cannas i ordered were deseased and the colocasias arrived basicly dead and never got going then died :( They refunded them but still very disappointing. Their Dahlias did well tho😬

Ik had vorig jaar mijn canna in de grond gezet niet wetende dat die er uit moest en kwam dit jaar gewoon weer op en bloeit weer, caledium lukt mij nooit vanaf bol

I usually get mystery plants when I recycle my substrate 🤣 maybe that's how the colocasia got in there 🤣
