I always wear a belt, and I'm a short man (just in case). A blue suit with black shoes?? No way. I always wear brown or burgundy dress shoes wirh a blue suit.

Definitely like white all year round. To hell with the old labor day cutoff. And black shoes with a blue suit over brown shoes ANY day! And while you're at it, bring back hats and good gloves.
