I love how creepy he looks. Imagine you wake up in the middle of the night and open your room door and he's right there staring at you with those deathly cold eyes. Then as you run back to close your room door he prys his through your room door effortlessly while not breaking contact with you. 😨

What I don't understand is the hat. Is it part of the containment suit?

Definitely scarier looking than his previous doll-like incarnation. O_O That cold robotic look in his eyes as he's chasing down his target is an indicator that Capcom really took it's cues from RE7 for this. IMO it has that original "Nightmare On Elmstreet" appeal. :3

The Hat makes sense, Mr.X is an bioweapon, only he's "programmable", like Nemesis, so, it needs to blend in.

Dont know if anyone else said it but, mr.x had a fedora in its concept art. Also, the new design of the main lobby of the rpd is based on the original re2 concept art on wich the information desk was on front and not behind the fountain.
