Day 43 of asking Mr. Wang to make Maggi noodles the way I make it~

• Cut your prefered vegetables in small pieces...[ I usually use carrots, onions, beans, capsicum/bell peppers, very little tomato and green chilli too as one like ]

• Put oil and butter in pan and cook them all together covered on low-medium heat until soft.

• Put the taste maker and a little water in the vegetables and mix it all up until it thickens. You can add seasonings like salt and pepper as u like but remember that the taste maker already has salt. The main taste in this recipe is of the spice and the taste maker.

•then add pre Boiled noodles around 80%  cooked with some of the noodle water. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes on medium heat until its water is almost evaporated. (You can also add any cheese or like extra chilli as in Sriracha too but it shouldn't over power the actual taste)

Also make sure to use the original masala Maggi noodles instead of any other variants of it (for eg. Kari flavor)...like the original authentic one!!

Omg I would love u to try this way of Maggi noodles!
