It's already on 1. Restarted no good. Win 10 with latest update. 2 laptops done but same annoying outcome. Filenames are not that long. Trying to copying files from ext HDD to another but Win 10 limits filenames within 20 letters (or less). Never happened before. Don't know why.

not solved sorry, also what if i put 2 there . and no i cannot rename the file bcz is used by another program
