There is no option of 32 long path filter on here in my windows 7

Hey I am on windows 10 pro. I tried this and I did long paths enabled in regedit and neither one of these solutions work for me. I don't know why I still get a destination path too long issue. I restarted and I tried one solution and not the other. I keep trying and it still won't work. I tried regedit on windows 10 home and it didn't work so I bought window 10 pro for group policy and neither is working here. Do you think this could some how be a hardware problem?
