I was 18 and an inner voice lead me to your book: be here now. It saved my life.
Now I'm 61. ....
Big hug to you in heaven

I'm here, now. Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all who are listening. I'm honored to be taking this form at the same short period as all you wonderful beings and to be coming to awareness in this lifetime.
(In the two months I've posted this it's aroused the attention of 430 beautiful souls, expressing positivity and love. You may doubt still but I have seen too much love to be a non-believer.. this isn't meshugana stuff.)

I think I’m having conversations with Ram Dass through his lectures and through spiritual contact. I’ll have a problem or issue going on and then I’ll pick a “random” lecture of his and hear something that is a direct response relating to what’s going on with me. I’ll also have conversations with him in my head. I’m not sure if those are real but they help either way

28 years ago I was lost in drug addiction.. I was digging through an old box of books in an abandoned garage and I came across Emmanuel's book.. on the inside front cover somebody had wrote
" Dearest David
I hope this book helps you on your New journey
Love Lyndsey "

I have no idea who you are, Lyndsey but it did help me in a big way on my new journey. I've been clean and sober ever since.
Today I am happy joyous and free!
Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️!

Ram said something profound to me that I try to remember in the beginning stages of anger. I usually remember it at the end, after I’ve fought to ‘prove my point’. When my body is aching and I feel sick with the unreasonableness of people. To be seen as righteous in my anger by the one or thing it’s directed at.. that’s what I want more than anything. But in that moment at the end when the battle is over I realize I have gained nothing, because your not arguing with someone that can listen or reason, remember.

He said, “i would rather be free than right.”

My interpretation: in life you will be beset on all sides, especially on social media, by people who don’t want to ‘reason’ or can’t. You will have great battles with lovers, family, and You will have valid reasons to be angry. Your anger WILL be righteous and ‘worthy’ of vengeance. BUT. The lesson is, would you rather be righteous about your indignation? Or would you rather be free? So try to give up anger as much as you can and keep working on it. And keep listening to Ram lectures everyday.

‘Give up anger and I’ll help you.’

‘You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.”

If anybody ever doubted that Ram Dass was a powerful spiritual being… just remember during this talk, there was an infant who understood him, & that baby sorrowfully cried when he mentioned the death of a Child.

This is funny, I went to the store and I left my phone in my room turned off. I come back and I hear that my phone is on and a video is playing and it's this video that was playing. Thank you, Ram Dass. Much love!
