My favorite way to eat eggplants!

💛Ingredients:
Eggplant
-Stuffing:
Minced beef
Garlic
Ginger
Spring onion
Oyster sauce
Light + Dark Soy sauce
Honey
Potato starch
Chicken powder
Black pepper
Sesame oil

-Sauce:
Oyster sauce
Honey
Light+Dark soy sauce
Water
Potato starch

💚Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients for stuffing, cut eggplant into 1.5cm thick pieces, slice in the middle but not to the end, so they open up, cover them in potato starch thoroughly, put in the stuffing.
2. Heat up generous amount of oil, fry the burgers until golden brown on each side.
3. Mix all the ingredients for sauce, thicken it in a pan.
4. Drizzle the sauce over crispy burgers, serve with rice and sprinkle some sesame seed and spring onion.
