Happy Wednesday my loves✨ I am super excited to share this Paris vlog with you guys, since it was quite an iconic trip!!!! It was a girls trip with my besties from Iceland and we literally had the best time. We thrifted, enjoyed delicious food, got tattoos, went clubbing and shared some really precious moments together. We decided to go on a river cruise (with some bubbles of course) in front of the Eiffel Tower and it was just breathtaking!! I highly recommend it. the parisian metro is the playground of pickpockets, as locals, we are always on the alert when taking the metro, it has become automatic unfortunately, do not hesitate to file a complaint with the police. often thieves are arrested and items are returned. enjoy your stay :)

So sorry about your phone Birta! I was in a similar situation when I went to Paris with my bf, we sat outdoors to eat lunch with our backpacks. I left mine on a chair beside me. Someone was eyeing us for a long time (we only realized later, funnily enough we took photos of ourselves and he was in the background 🥲) and tried to steal my backpack. We were just enjoying ourselves, but all of a sudden we turn around to see that the chair next to me was empty! The guy had taken the bag and started to walk away, but thankfully my bf realized and ran after him, we managed to get it back. France is beautiful but one must be careful! I live in Italy and it's the same over here, I recommend people to be extra aware of their surroundings, because even as a local I got my phone stolen on public transportation. Be safe everyone!

i’m so sorry for what happened to you. i’m brazilian so i always stay in alert in big cities, but i understand that because you are used with the nordic countries you don’t have this habit. even though i’m glad you had a nice trip with your friends. the quality is great!

Must be one of my favourite videos of you! you look absolutely stunning and your friends seem amazing - gotta love a great sense of humour! so sorry to hear about your phone but I must say you handled the situation very well, something I certainly look up to! Whenever I travel to bigger cities in Europe I am reminded of how I sometimes take for granted how safe it is where I live on a daily basis. For example when I was in Paris I was a control freak every time we got on the metro - I clanked on all my belongings like a crazy person 😅 I never think about doing that where I live.
