I - on a whim - decided to take my sec+ - so I sped watched your entire security+ series on 1.5x speed in 4 days and with the help of your videos and a external practice test app i was able to pass my security+ with a 756/900 - talk about a close call, but with only 4 days of studying a pass is a pass!

Write down in your own words any concepts you do not understand until they make sense. 2. Look into your local library's Interlibrary Loan system for free test books and Youtube for teachers, do not pay for anything beyond the test admission fees. Good luck!

Passed a week ago with 3 weeks of studying. I used some paid resources and Professor Messor’s videos. If I had to do it over again, I’d just use Messor’s content. This was by far the best study guide out, and it’s free. Thanks Professor!

Thank you @professor Messer. I passed mine 2 days ago. These videos are a must to understand the concepts. However I highly highly recommend purchasing the practice exams. There are 3 exams in it with 80 questions each. Go through the videos first and follow along the study guide pdf which follows the video numbering format. Then take the practice exams. Whether you get the question right or wrong on the practice exam, read every explanation of the right and wrong answers. By doing this you are learning multiple things at each question. i prepared for this in 6 weeks which i dont recommend. I will say that those with prior Networking experience is a huge plus but not an an absolute requirement. Good luck to those preparing for the exam. Also look for simulation practice exams online.
