Sanji & Taijo's Curry - One Piece #Short

Today we'll make the Japanese Curry from One Piece. One of the best foods in One Piece from Episode 133. I'll show you guys how to bring this anime dish to reallife.

Ingredients:
Garam Masala
- 3 cinammon sticks
- 1 TBSP black peppers
- 1 TBSP coriander seeds
- 2 TSP cumin
- 1 TSP cardemom
- 1 TSP cloves
Beefstocks
- 2 large carrots
- 2 large onions
- 500 grams bone marrow
- 500 grams ox tails
- 0.25 cup of tomato paste
- 2 TBSP black pepper corns
- 3 bayleaves
Curry
- 2 Onions
- 2 Large carrots
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 - 4 tomatoes
- 500 grams ribeye
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp tumeric
- 0.5 cup 10% fat greek yoghurt
Curry Roux
- 225 grams flour
- 225 grams butter
- 0.5 cup curry powder
- 3 tbsp garam masala
1-3 apples depending on how sweet you like it
8 cups beef stock
5-10 cup water (I would experiment with the ratio's and add slowly because it can differ depending on how thick the stock is, I would add more beef stock than water for flavour, or chicken stock or veggie stock, which ever you guys prefer)

Serve with some cooked rice :)!
