Totally, just like knights of old - we have our shield facing ahead of us. Whether we are conscious of our ability or not, our safest/strongest area is in front of us, in our line of sight. If we can learn to strengthen ourselves, we can have our own energies protecting us in a full 360 degree circle, that way we can be safe from being "rear ended", but like all things of protection, there will be weak points if not 'updated' often.

That's crazy cuz I do do that and on top of that I always have to "look out" or see what's changed in a room that I'm unfamiliar with. And That's with myself if I'm with ppl that i actually care about then I'll extend it to them and spread/expand my bubble to them. It's hard to focus on 1 thing when you constantly feel and digest everything on a constant bases. I dont know how I coup with it por say but there's this 1 side of my body that I'm super sensitive at and I 1 emergetic from everyone's energy or 2 just awkward around ppl and blend in with the crowd then disapear.

Good insight. I always try to get the wall seat too. Got to fight the INFP for it. I used to think I must just be insecure but that doesn’t really add up because I love people watching I’m not afraid of them. I never thought about the energies. Sometimes when I’m in the centre of a busy room I feel like my head starts swimming so that makes perfect sense, thank you. I love to be able to observe the entire group. My daughter was in a school musical this week and we were forced to sit in the front row due to my physical limitations. I hate when people are behind me and I can’t see them because i can feel such a massive presence. Seeing what I’m feeling somehow connects things in my brain so I can be at peace. I was commenting that it’s torturous wanting to turn around and look at everyone but knowing it’s not socially appropriate when you can’t be discrete about it.

By having a wall, chair or even in a corner. It helps you feel that your mind is protected, and also with your back covered you can just go about your daily life of observing people. The security of the wall is a strong fortress that enables us to calmly watch people without the unpredictability of people and events.
What I do: Find the corner, the wall, (if im in an assembly room in school and in the middle there is literally no way out of it, but just to hold out and fidget a lot), the back the chair is comforting slightly, and funnily enough the floor (lying on it) in a quiet room.

Identify with this even as an INFP. Classroom settings growing up, taking trains & eating out. Corners & walls. I’ve always assumed many INFx love coziness irregardless neat or messy environment so long as comfort + security is within reach. I wonder if there’s light sensitivity too. I prefer multiple small soft yellow-orange lighting spread throughout a room vs bright white lights or a big one in the middle.

You are exactly rite if I go to the movies I sit in the back and on the end of an isle so I don't have to sit next to anyone .. also in a waiting room I will go in a corner seat ... or if there is a lot of people I will just stand up.. I have many other things but it will be to long to explain.. but thanks for your videos.

If I feel a negative energy behind me while walking in NYC, I pull over and let them pass. I can feel their pressure and energy. I’ve actually seen people look disappointed that I removed myself from their energy instead of feeling intimidated and walking faster or getting flustered. I like corners, backs of rooms etc. I also avoid smokers and air fresheners (highly allergic). I also eavesdrop a lot (guilty) Maybe you can do a video about this shadowy aspect of us 😂

Normally I do as at work there's a place for me to do so its very comforting. Tho when eating out I put everyone I can behind me, I shake a lot and was made fun of in 3rd grade a lot for it so I'm very subconscious when eating around others. In traffic I hate to have tailgaters it makes me very uncomfortable. But never put the two together, very interesting.
