Kinda reminds me of when in T1E2H3's Engines of sodor, Henry is accused of bashing the express coaches and henry tries to say he's innocent but sir topham hatt wasn't having it and henry stood up to him and when topham said "How dare you talk to me like that!" henry spat back "how dare you accuse me without evidence!!!"

Sir topham hatt: go to your shed!
Thomas: you’re free trial of yelling at me has ended.

Good point back there I really hated that part where Sir Topham Hatt get's super mad with Thomas for thinking he was chasing Ryan with freight cars full of lit up dynimate but he's not he was trying to save Ryan and the other friends from lit up dynimate.

If Thomas stood up to The Fat Controller, he would've decided to send Thomas packing to the mainland. At which point, the other engines would go on strike for this grossly-unfair treatment.

I never seen Thomas that pissed off at Sit Topham doesn't believe it wasn't his fault Thomas stood up on his own he was angry at him for making him mad at him for not listening to him

Looks like Thomas the Tank Engine snapped at Sir Topham Hatt, which he was told to go back to his shed, because, Topham stated that he’s enough of his excuses. Also, Thomas has turned himself into, when he argued with Sir Topham Hatt like that.

Uh huh, this is way worth it than the original one, but man, I had never seen him being this mad at Thomas before, like that got me off guard.

Well, might I say, Thomas is part of the problem that started, cause he knew Ryan was getting bad coal, didn't warn him, then the sparks from the smoke coming out of Ryan's funnel lit one of the dynamites, causing the trouble. However, Thomas I assume didn't know Ryan was collecting more dynamite, and probably thought he was collecting more rails, ballast or some crates of material, so I can see why, it's not entirely Thomas' fault, but part of it is to blame on him. I do think though if Sir Topham Hatt also decided to at least listen to Thomas' side of the story, to know why he was "chasing" Ryan with a truck full of dynamite, then maybe he would have gotten in less trouble, especially if Ryan also said something as well, saying Thomas was trying to get rid of the danger. I think that would have made a better scene. Or, if Ryan had been the one to throw the dynamite into the cave, things would have been alright. Also, didn't Sir Topham Hatt hear the other engines and Jack and his pack and the crew men cheering for Thomas? He could have at least put the pieces together, that Thomas did something good to save them all.

and it doesn’t help by the fact that I felt so sorry for Thomas in that movie too.

Now that's what should've happened.

I would agree Thomas could have stood up and told Topham about the Ship and the Dynamite. But we all know that it was Thomas's fault for the accident at Knapford and lying too.
