Do you guys remember BeyWheelz? This was a series that came out right after Metal Fury and was a weird spin off that featured BeyWheelz instead of Beyblades. They were... tires? yeah it was odd.

Yah this and BeyRaiders are definitely the forgotten cousins of Beyblade. And I actually owned a few of each and I can say that both were pretty fun, particularly the BeyRaiders.

My fondest memory of BeyWheels was modding the launcher and putting a left Beyblade core thing for my left rotating Beyblades bc the grip is actually pretty good. And I still have that mod launcher to this day

3:16 card games on motorcycles was awesome. Incredibly stupid no question about it, but also undoubtedly awesome

I remember these and thinking at the time: "wow big beyblades" and then never thought of them again 😅👍🔥

I had a couple of these as a kid, and honestly, the most fun I had with them was bringing them to an empty skate park, the ramps there were better than any stadium they could ever make for these things

Using beywheelz to bowl with empty waterbottles was a fun way to play with them!

I wanted to forget about them. Thanks for bringing back some repressed memories. XD

Not gonna lie, I did pick up the main three from Team Estrella when I was younger because my friends and I generated some kind of hype-train for them and I was just THAT GUY who thought he was the main character. And then we just...saw how stupid they were. And never touched them again.

I started collecting beyblades again a few weeks ago and I already have a few beys from different series: plastic generation, metal fight, and burst. It's a pretty safe bet that I won't be touching the wheels at all.

This series wasnt that bad. I think the concept was cool. They should have tried to keep the series going but with more thought out characters. TBH they could try to bring this back, I enjoyed this concept

I’m still trying to find where I put my old Metal Fight that I had as a kid and accidentally found like 3 Beywheelz I had instead. I don’t even remember much about them and this video definitely helped jog my memory a bit.

Beyweels was a good show but the actual toy was basically impossible to play by yourself and even with friends it was just so awkward to play

I had bought a lot of BeyWheelz products and I REALLY enjoyed playing with them ! The material that they were made with felt amazing and premium as hell xD

Tbh, I actually adore Beywheels and Beyraiders anime. I that the action is fun, since these Beys have different ways of interacting, and Beyraiders is probably my favourite anime in Beyblade franchise. I think that this show managed to have really good world-building. I enjoyed characters in both shows. I think that they had about the same about of depth as characters in the original Metal Saga, but because the show is smaller, they don't get to annoying or boring.

Also I really like Sho. Something about him beeing, whose motivation at the end of Beywheels is to travel around the multiverse and experience different ways of Bey battles makes me wish that he will return for more adventures really badly. I don't even know why

6:01 speaking of that I did watch a certain Beyblade geeks video where they tried out bay wheels, and one of them just got flung in the air and hit their flatscreen TV causing it to break

This is the era of beyblade that really nobody wants to remember and for good reason

As someone who mainly grew up alongside MFB (not necessarily my first era), I remember these. The Beywheelz toys have moments of fun, but mainly in unconventional ways outside of intended gameplay IMO. Good thing about them is that you can use them nearly anywhere and they wouldn't easily break.

The anime is at a disadvantage of having a very low episode count, and since it's a spinoff, it might be a bit unfair to compare it to full beyblade seasons. Not defending them, but I doubt many had high expectations for the spinoff shows.

Since this came out at the same time as Shogun Steel, I figured a future season would involve the wheelers entering the bladers’ world/dimension and seeing a sort of competition for which was cooler/better to settle disagreements… and then that didn’t happen and they somehow brought car-statue-things to the forefront.
