Why is the question everyone is asking not being attended to and answered?? More detail on WHY this upgrade would be needed, HOW someone would know they need it, and a part number and how/where to order it. Why show such a video with no context??

What is the purpose of upgrading only the side relief valve spring vs. both, or just the top one, and how do you purchase the spring (I can't find it on the website)? Also, are the O-rings available in Viton or some other petrol resistant rubber? I have a Provent 200 installed on my Audi A4 2.0 (petrol), and the O-rings stretch out of shape within just a few miles of use.

What if someone wants a more opening valve ? How does someone go about making the relief valve to fully completely open up on operations?

Is the upgraded spring meant to increase the amount of pressure required to open the valve or decrease the amount of pressure. I am interested in reducing the amount of crankcase pressure through my provent 200 to as low a value as possible.

Can the Provent 200 be used on a naturally aspirated petrol engine between the high intake vacuum side and crankcase. A PCV valve is used to limit flow to the Provent, but there is high to moderate vacuum most of the time in the separator. Should I reverse the flow considering the crankcase is not under pressure, rather vacuum. In the normal design the bottom of the housing will be the high flow rate and vacuum, and no media to limit or filter the oil out. The high vacuum with no baffles or media, it could draw oil out of the bottom, into the intake.

I noticed after installing my Provent 200 in my 2006 ML 3.2 4M41 that there was a kind of vibrating noise (not actual vibration that I could feel, just the noise, as if a clip was loose somewhere inside the dashboard). I figured it was normal and got used to it, but I do still hear it. Will an upgraded valve spring fix the noise without affecting the catch can? It does catch quite a bit of oily residue, car had 115, 000km on it when I installed and it now has 132, 000km on it. I empty the drain every 5k.

I have a Provent 200 on my 1hd-t between the crankcase and the air box, but it is letting oil into the air box. Does this mean I need an upgraded spring because of higher pressures? Can the spring only be bought separately so I can do the mod on my end?

l had oil venting from my safety valve in the lid is that because the spring is to light the for amount of crankcase pressure?
