Thank you sooo much! I watched a few other videos and this is the only one that showed me what I really needed to understand. Seriously, may God bless you.

My BA II Plus does nothing when I press down at IRR(2:35). Sadness, I must now memorize the pen and paper way to do this... :(

Very helpful to a struggling finance student. Thanks!

This video is excellent; on the BA II Plus Pro it's super easy. Yes, the reinvestment rate will always be given in the problem, sometimes in the form of a weighted average cost of capital (WACC). Whether it's called RI rate or WACC, use that percentage on your calculator for "RI".

Very helpful except for the non-conventional cash flow. Why did you pick 12% for the I/Y? I don't see where that is a given or that you derived it anywhere?

Where did you get the 1.12% to calculate with?

In the non conventional cash flow question, I got -5896 as PV in my calculator, do you know what i did wrong?

I mean, seriously. You just pulled 12% out of nowhere and continued the tutorial

I calculated it not using this calculator, and I got 10.40%
Can you tell me where I went wrong, because I think I did it the right way

mind explaining where you randomly took 12% as the reinvestment
