When you're homeless you stay in the city because that puts you near amenities to help get you back on your feet. What they're talking about forcibly moving people out to designated spots with very few amenities or prospects is basically starting concentration camps for undesirables, knowing Republicans how long before their advocating for putting up the gates and guards too.
