The Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) drills are broken up into 3 zones. This is zone 1.

Zone 1 consists of the diaphragm, psoas and glutes.

Diaphragm reset - Rub an upside down Y, starting at the top of the sternum and along the bottom edge of the ribs.

Psoas reset - From the belly button, move over about an inch to the side and an inch down, rub pressing in towards the spine.

Glutes - Rub along the ridge of the skull from the center out to the edge behind the ear. Tucking thumbs inside the edge of the jaw, press in and forwards for a few seconds.

Are there RPR points to rub to increase ankle range of motion? If yes, where are those points?
