Bravo Akis! Your recipe is the best one online that I've come across. Great instruction too! The semolina is key. I also like to add a little Cognac to the dough, but unlike you (and so many others on Youtube)--I just toss everything into my Kitchenaid and the dough comes out perfect ever time. Even if it's not perfect (sometimes a little on the dry side), it really doesn't matter b/c they get dipped in the honey/orange/lemon rind/cinnamon stick syrup... Just made them for my Serbian family and everyone loves them. Kali orexi to all!

I onced had a similar recipe. But this one Akis.... I just made them and they are mind-blowing.

My Yaiyai use to make everything from scratch or fresh, this recipe was one of them as a kid she had a whole tub of them and i would eat a ton straight away haha, they are just too good.
