I keep a jar of cut up small rags saturated in white vinegar & use to wipe jar rims then throw in washer & dryer & then replace back into jar for next use. Recycling at its best & not using paper towels from trees🐾💕

I love mint I grow a lot of mint every year for making tea and just eating it in salads or just for home remedies like upset stomach
But I have never had mint jelly lol
Now I must try this recipe

I wish I had to have seen your video first, about 3 months ago. I'm almost crying now. I went by another YouTube'ers video for mint jelly. Came out great BUT....I thought I did something totally wrong when after 4 days...it wasn't set. I told my husband with such disappoinrmenr...that I must have missed a step or by the end of the 5 tossed it all. I was so discouraged....until....I just watched your video. God Bless you dear lady. I'm going to try making it I'll wait just like you said. Thank you for making/sharing your video. You've given me back hope and the faith to try it again. 😁

What do you wash your jars off with after 24 hrs? Just a wet cloth or vinegar. If you can't tell I'm a newbie on canning. I can't wait to get started but I am so intimidated. It looks easy watching other people do it but I am such a klutz I worry about messing up.

Oh, I'm gonna have to try this Mint Jelly! I've never had it before. But ugh.. 3 weeks? That's a long time to set up. Does it have a strong mint smell and flavor? They look pretty! Could add a sprig of mint leaves or greenery tied to them when given as a gift.
