I'm open to this concept, yes I did try the pinky and ring fingers to the thumb for five minutes and will try all of them, I feel more positive than when I started, I'm glad. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to healing.

Thanks for the upload, however, I agree with other comments below... show and tell. It is easy to give a demonstration of each mudra, to make it easier to assure one is doing it right! Also, not that it matters much, but... why do you switch between pronouncing "moodrah", and then every third time or so, you say "mud-rah"??? It is a little deconcerting... I have never heard anybody, anywhere, say "mud-rah" and it really sounds weird, to say the least....
