What are the rarest bronze age comic books? Is Star Wars 1 one of them? In this video, we'll look at the CGC census numbers of each book listed in the Overstreet Price Guide's Top 25 Bronze Age Comics. We'll explore the 10 hardest to find comics. They might not be as scarce as Golden and Silver Age books, but a few are tough to get your hands on.

Hello Keston ! Great Show ! You know, I think I will have to go with the Scooby-Doo cover. Kinda simple. I like that. Used to watch that as a kid on Saturday then in syndication, then later in life with my nephews. Peace

I got a great deal on the first 4 issues of Star Wars last year. 35c price variants are probably out of my price range 😅 great vid mate 🤘

Thank You!!!! RARE & SCARCE are such overused terms in all collecting venues. Originally rare or scarce comics referred to numbers of LESS than 100!! --Not thousands!!

Trudy approves this video! 😂 So funny how almost half the list are price variants but not really surprising as those command such a premium. I would have thought the Star Wars 1 price variant would been higher. I know this is by rarity and not price but I didn't realize the other ones were that much more rare or at least the ones that have been graded so far.

Surprised Scooby Doo 1 is so rare, but then if you were a child of the 1970s it was Star Wars movie, Spiderman comic books and Scooby Doo cartoons.

I didn't realize how rare the price variant for Iron Fist was.

I collect DC 100 page super spectaculars, so I would love to get that Love Stories issue. Thanks for another awesome video. I do have a Batman 227

DC Super Spectacular 5 is really an out-of-left-field entry in the list.

Star Wars #1 may not be rare, but man it looks cool.

Just got my non-rare Star Wars 1 signed by Roy Thomas. I also have the GL76 signed by Neal and CGC graded. Wish my Bats 227 was graded - maybe one day…

I also love collecting the 35 price vars especially when everyone told me they were worthless. My Star wars 1 is an 8.5 CGC. I display it next to my Cerebus 1(mint CGC). I aimed for those back in the 2000's, got them out of the way and then went for the more common books like Hulk 181 (8.5 CGC) that I paid a ridicules price of $300. for. I use the Hulk to prop up my Batman 227 😉. Giving him something to do. By the way, I believe if you add about 10% to your counts, you will include the CBCS books that fall under your list. That will give you the grand total. There is a 9.4 35cent Star Wars in this upcoming platinum session at Heritage. Do you think it breaks the 56K mark?
