Wow, I am 66 years old and realizing we are going to the moon again and beyond ...

Is it just me or have I seen images this good or better before? Even from Earth, some telescopes capture similar views. I was expecting very zoomed in 4K images with today's tech.

Remarkable mission. Everyday we have a better notion of what the moon’s surface look like. Cameras on the solar panels have taken great images. Improved 100%.

So excited for more missions. The detail we get to see with 21st century technology. Wowzers.

betwen 1:17 and 1:35 you can see several parallel lines through the frame sort of...is that just a video/photography artifact I assume?

Earth: tonight we see a crescent moon

Artemis: look at that stunning crescent earth!

When I was a child we sent rockets to the moon. Back then it was amazing. Now I am old and we are once again sending rockets to the moon. The only thing amazing about it now is that anyone is amazed by this.

I wish artemis 2 crew will visit these previous apollo landing sites and show selfies of them with the remnants left by the previous astronauts, who visited in the past.

That was not the Sun you circled at 0:50, it was lens flare. If it was the sun the only thing that would fill the frame would be a very bright white light.

We were told that the USA landed me on the moon over 50 years ago and while moonwalking photos were taken of the moons surface with a Hasselblad camera. So what's the big deal now? Why don't we just use 50 year old technology and send astronauts back and do it over again. We did it then but can't do it now?

The sites you circled are not where the Apollo missions landed. Go back and check a map

I was a 24-year old living in Sydney when Apollo 11 landed on the Moon in July, 1969. I have a crystal-clear memory of that day. Hope I'm still around to see it happen again.

Should the shot of the the sun not be brighter since there is no atmosphere in space?? It's a pretty dull Orange..

So looking forward to discovering if the Apollo 11 ascent stage is still in lunar orbit...

50 seconds in and that "sun" tag has me like nah bruh. The light source is coming from outside of the frame and that's some reflection on the camera lense or something. Tripping me out a little 🤣

we did something so extraordinary that there are people in utter disbelief that we did it.
who think its a conspiracy by all world governments working together.

So they didn`t have a zoom lens to get closer, maybe the should have brought an i-phone with them.
