I was driving home from Yorkshire. On the A1(M) junction & on the M25, the temp dropped about 10 degrees & so dark it needed headlights! Cue the most almighty rainstorm & lightning. Traffic must've been 40 mph max!!!

Thanks Alex - Just experienced an absolutely epic Thunder & Lightning storm here in London....massive balls of hail and the loudest thunder I've ever heard. I'd love to see a "Deep Dive Special" about Thunderstorms. Superb. ⛈

Well it’s dry as a bone here in N. Yorks. but at last we have sunshine. Temp went from 15c to 28c (yesterday) in about 24 hrs. The joy of living in England now that summer’s here 🎉

Rained sat, but apart from that nothing in Blackpool. Unusual for us, right on the coast to be so hot, not even a sea breeze. Beautiful.

This is the normal now lucky the next days are ok tbh last nights storm was kinda normal rain like that happens every once or twice (by rain like that i mean super heavy rain)

im glasgow city center, an we never had much of a this so called storm - we had very hot weather in the last 3 weeks, sat nyt was a couple of lighting strikes but no thunder after it, we only had some rain n the afternoon an some on sund, today were still in srping not summer yet - its touching +26
