I'm currently an ensemble member in a Matilda Jr production and our trunchbull is awesome. He hosts a local radio show (country music) so you wouldn't really expect him to even audition, but he is literally so amazingly charasmatic and plays such a good trunchbull :)))

I got cast as Nigel in this okay but honestly I wished I auditioned for Trunchbull because her lines and her songs are so much fun to sing, and also I learned this from a friend that in the original play, Trunchbull was played by a man.
