Desperate leaders already cave to Trump’s tariffs

Donald Trump has shown his dominance yet again.

The leaders of global nations have been spooked by Trump’s reciprocal tariffs and have snapped into action, immediately declaring the removal of tariffs on US imports to maintain a friendly relationship with the superpower.

The real elephant in the room Europe doesn't want mentioned is the huge tariffs we allowed them to charge after WWII to aid them in their recovery from the war. Those tariffs have never been rescinded and the war's been over for 80 years. Enough, already. End those tariffs or we tariff the hell out of you.

It makes sense. If you charge the U.S. zero % in tariffs then the U.S. charges you 0% in tariffs. Why was the U.S. charging China 34% and China was charging the U.S. 97%. That is not fair.

I'm from Europe, but i don't understand this whole situation. If it is true that most countries impose tariffs on the US, then why shouldn't the US impose tariffs on those countries as well? And with equal tariffs, the weaker party loses. And it's never the US.
