MAJOR Item Changes in NEW Phasmophobia Update

Im glad they acknowledged the glowstick is better than the sad UV flashlight. Also, carrying an ignitor in a seperate inventory is genius

I love the igniter slot, i am sad the tier 1 thermometer got nerfed. But I absolutely do like the new change to the other thermostats. Tier 3 Dot pause is actually neat and such a plus. Also, tier 3 head gear can blind you in hunts.

I say the thermometer changes are the changes that needed to happen to make tier 2 and 3 worth getting. though am sad to see the UV tier swap.

This is an amazing quality of life update. Id always wondered why an itty bitty thing like a lighter took up a whole slot and now that got fixed. And the glowstick was always better than the T2 flashlight in my opinion (pre update)

Igniter slot is a personal favorite, since I use eye adaptation I don't use a flashlight, so i usually have igniter, smudge stick, photo cam, and thermo

Love that they can't nerf the t1 uv cos it's so good so they just made it the t2 option XD

The paramic update is phenomenal. Just completed the gold apocalypse challenge and it was already OP for it pre update to begin with.

Having a lighter as a 4th item also is a game changer.

These changes r absolutely needed, but i think paramic is bugged at the moment. The UV change is good for me since the glow stick is useful 4me

ALSO if it does close the ghost book then it cannot have ghost writing as an option. I just read this somewhere so im not 100% sure but it makes sense since interacting with the book to throw it should make it write in it instead of

The Glowstick being Tier 2 makes much more sense.

The Glowstick is straight up GOATed

The thermal isn’t random it’s roughly the same set temp as the ghost room which is randomized

Huh...That explains why the UV items are now out of order in the lobby. Strange.
