Is the updated 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro the BEST off road truck?

The Tundra TRD Pro is Toyota's ultimate off road beast. Under the hood is a 5.7L V8 pumping out 381 HP & mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. New for 2019 are a hot of suspension, wheels, and other changes. On the inside you will still find the rugged useable work space to get the job done. Has Toyota changed enough on the 2019 Tundra TRD Pro to make it the off road king?

You have to deal with the outdated style and technology but the quality and reliability will last for years. The resale value will be good. Just wish Toyota was not so lazy with their trucks.

Honestly i couldn't care less how the exhaust pipe sounds. All i care about is a good price a good engine with good mpg and a vehicle that is reliable enough so i don't have to visit the mechanics shop that often.

Love my 2018 Tundra TRD Sport however does need some upgrades. I agree with you on the steering wheel and defiantly feels like a 2010ish type vehicle. Not a cheap vehicle but is reliable and does hold its value. Good job on the review! Lease is up in 2020 let’s see what’s offered then! Looking forward to your review of that Tundra! 5.7 liter equates to about 350ci, and the Toyota V8 is 380hp and over 400fp in torque and that’s bad ass in any book
