Looks great Butch! Depending on how quick you want to get it cleaned up and how much effort/money, you might want to look into one of those companies that comes and steam cleans commercial kitchens, I bet they could get it all clean really quickly. Good luck on the new venture, if you cook the food you have always cooked on your channel I am sure you will do well!

Good luck with your trailer. I bought a food truck, self contained. It was a full kitchen that would serve 3, 000 meals a day if staffed and supplied adequately. It was used for disaster services with the Salvation Army. It was on a 29 foot truck frame with all diesel fuel including the generator. After your clean up you will have a great time cooking. I am looking forward to some videos from the food truck.

Looks awesome! Harbor Freight & Amazon have some high reviewed affordable steam cleaners. The scrub brush drill attachment kits can come in handy too! (Amzn). Lotsa YouTube reviews for these items too. I think oscillating multitools may have cleaning attachments as well, they definitely have flat metal scrapers that can work alongside steam cleaners & heat guns. Good tricks & gadgets out there for seasonal cleaning. Haileys Hints is a classic cleaning series + books. Hes a bit eccentric but has some greats clips on YouTube last time I checked a few years back.

Nice trailer for sure. Save yourself some time with some of that interior stuff and use a power washer or take it to the car wash bay.
