Note on the saltiness - flying and high altitudes with pressurized cabins leads to a slight loss in flavor, which is why airplane food often tastes bland and synthetic. In business and first class they often over season so it taste more like it would in a normal environment, but they may have over seasoned or you may be less sensitive to the pressure
