Lotus can't stop smiling when her mom surprises her with a whole pile of her favorite pink toy 💕

After Lotus was rescued, she needed time in her new home recovering from her injuries. Then one day, her mom saw her up and excited - all thanks to her pink plushie toy!

I rescued a breeding dog too. She was so skinny, stomach issues and had all rotten teeth. She's now healthily plump can eat without being ill and has a happy sticky out tongue from her teeth being removed. She was worth all the money and stress getting her well. I can't imagine her not in my life.

I rescued two breeder dogs that were abused.

My rescue pittie, Chance, had been abused and starved by his original owners. The first night he arrived at my home he immediately ran over to my little dog’s the toy bin and started taking out the bones that were in the bottom of the basket. He brought each bone over and put it in his crate. Then he went to the couch and picked up the stuffed pig pillow I had and tried to bring that into his crate. I gently told him no and said, “I’m sorry, you can’t have this. This is my piggy.” What happened next caused my jaw to hit the floor: he dropped the pig pillow and ran back over to the doggie toy bin and rummaged through it until he found the 1 and only pig toy and brought it back to his crate! From that point forward he became known as King of The Piggies in our house! These dogs truly are SO smart and SO special. Sending you so much love from one piggy ambassador to another 🐷 🐷 ❤

I rarely, RARELY cry but this video just hit me. Her little legs bending are probably from being stuck in a small cage for so long. I’ll never understand the cruelty of some.
