Just Look Carefully -> 0:09 <- it looks like the tv is about to damage or glitch out. that is why people say that you need to turn it off because it will hurt your eyes and than It Will damage the tv.

It’s probably the motion blur from the 23.97 frame rate of the film. It probably has a hard time figuring out what it’s looking at since it has to replicate more frames albeit going from 23.97 to 59.97 to make smoother motion. If you were interpolating 29.97 to 59.97, you would probably have way smoother results.
