This is like reinstalling windows but you keep everything be best thing is to reset your pc and keep your files yeah its anoying to reinstall all your apps but its better.

I don't really think I'll be able to do this... My computer spent a whole DAY starting up and I tried turning it off and now it'll only show my cursor on a pure black screen. And I am NOT going to buy a new computer by myself because my computer was worth about a thousand dollars (surface pro 4 with 200 gigs of space surface pen and keyboard)
And I'm not willing to go into my UEFI settings (UEFI SSD computer) because I don't want to break it even more. But I believe my only choice anymore is to take it to shop or just get a brand new computer. What's your thoughts Julia?
