Something interesting you can do on Linux is if you seperate your Root and Home partitions you can install multiple distros or reinstall your current one snd if you set it up correctly not lose anything within the home partition

Guys you can perform similar task by downloading the iso on your phone

buying an otg connector for you phone so you can connect your pendrive to your phone

Doing all the formatting stuff (some software comes for mobile watch some tutorial

And yeah insert it into the pc/laptop and boot into it

I have to say, I wished you did this short three months ago.
I had lots of problems with my new budget build (Ryzen 5 5600 +RX 6650xt) because, to cheap out on everything except cpu-gpu I was using my uncle's 10 year old Hard Drives (please don't judge me, it is my first build and I didn't know storage speed and quality mattered that much back then). For MONTHS I kept getting blue screens of death 4 times out of 5 after turning on my pc and I just used it after the fifth, so every time I wanted to play I needed to spend an hour turning off and back on the system manually. A month ago I decided I had enough of this bullshit and I bought two new fast NVME drives and I removed the old crappy ones. The first windows install was still crap somehow and I was very sad because of that. But the second one worked just fine and now I have a gaming pc. I'm very happy of my system but if you did this video three months ago or so I would have fixed this sooner, lmao

Create a win11 installation usb using rufus is what I did. Rufus has the options to for example bypass hardware requirement, remove account sign in requirement and more.

Or if you don't have a usb,
1. Download the iso file
2. Create a fat32 partition with 8 GB or more
3. Extract the iso files and place it in the partition
4. Now reboot and go to the "boot from efi" and select the boot file of the installation partition (the only one with different drive in it)
5. Boot into installation media (then do normally)
Note: You'll need to custom partition it and not clean the entire disk. Atleast leave out the installation partition.

There’s multiple ways to do this and I started out with the Media Creation Tool. I use a USB drive with Ventoy installed on it with Hiren’s Boot CD, Windows 11 24H2 ISO and Ubuntu 24.10

My pro-tip is to download an ISO for every update version because sometimes there is a version you need. For example, when the severs were still up, Windows 10 ver 1903 was able to activate Windows 10 with windows 7/8 keys.

Windows 11 version 22H was still able to activate with 7/8 keys as well.

There currently a version of Windows 11 that doesn’t have co-pilot yet, and a particular software needs a version before it.

I do a lot of IT, and I’m kicking myself for not having the ISO for older versions when troubleshooting.
