Thanks Chris. Your video is very helpful and in many ways much better then the many other videos by pro users. straight to the point, very practical advice. I have a D5100 and looking forward to buying a D7000. will still keep the D5100 as its an absolute gem - will give it to the wife to use!

OK so I gotta say I enjoyed this Video, find myself sitting here and allways dreamt of the D90 in my possetion, but it was to expensive when I started with cameras. and recently been looking at the D7000 and amature or not mate, you did a hell of a good job with this Video, keep it up and hope that more people like myself got something good out of watching this.

Hi Chris,
You don't have any lens body covers on either of these.
Your allowing dust to enter the sensor, hence why when we change the lens it's done within seconds and it's done with the body upside down.
I'm sure you were aware of this as your review was quite advanced.

Hi, A noticable difference is how well the D7000 handles low light compared to the D5200. Higher ISO seems to have less noise on the D7000

Nice one Chris. You explained stuff that newbies like me could understand. and the video was clear with good pip examples of differences. Just like to add that the D7000 key difference is that its weather sealed and has more focus points 39 vs 11 and cross focus points 9 vs 1 ( though this feature will probably take me another month to figure out its full potential)

Nice job. On things you forget.... time lapse on D7000 that was missing on the D90 for some crazy reason. I have both the D90 and D7000. I use the D90 as backup. I can't imagine being without a camera and the D90 is one of the best DSLRs ever produced. It's still on Nikon's current product list.
