This trip was GOLD. First, just the outright refusal by the actual staff to adhere to their own laws. And then that goofball of a security, topped off by some actual level headed cops to set EVERYONE straight. And finally, James, just great job leaving the request, actually narrating the NEED to record the submission of the request, and staying calm the whole time. Perfection! Chef's kiss! Great work!!
